Taking an assessment is the process of documenting intrapersonal skills, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors in measurable terms. Assessments can shed light on your interests and values as they relate to possible career choices as well as to provide employers insightful reports to make decisions regarding the selection and development of potential and current employees.
The following assessments can measure productive behaviors, stress behaviors, underlying needs, motivations and organizational orientation. All results are confidential between the individual and administrator and, ethically, not for disclosure without permission. Individuals should always be given a detailed interpretation of their results from a trained and certified administrator.

The report provides an immediate recommendation based on the assessment results that will identify each candidate as high, moderate or low fit for the job opening. The Potential Report outlines an individual's day-to-day leadership style, including behavioral descriptions, leadership competencies, and comprehensive development recommendations.The Potential Report is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and is organized in terms of seven dimensions; each dimension addresses a different component of leadership performance.
